Tablet is exactly what I needed. Portable, reliable and with a good protective case this devise has been the best investment I’ve made. With 2 kindergartners and an active lifestyle is always reliable when on the go! Highly highly recommended. :)

It is perfectly sized for the primary purpose I bought it for: reading, but I find myself doing some regular web browsing and youtube watching on it. It isn’t super snappy but it is fast enough for regular usage. The Apple home button is a bit dated and that space could have been reserved for screen/bezel real estate but that is unrelated to the performance of the tablet itself.

I will admit this may not be made for editing Sony 4K music videos on Lumafusion, but regardless of disruptions here and there from such a demanding task it can be achieved. I use my iPad Mini 5th generation for editing photo & video, music production & creating designs in Affinity designer. Let me tell you this is a spectacular device of the future & for me it’s the most perfectly wonderful size. If you do a lot of media work i’d say go with the 256GB model if possible. 64GB will be okay if you are able to use iCloud Drive or other secure cloud storage for backup. A demanding pro may need to get an iPad Pro only for the available 512GB or 1TB models, but I went with the iPad Mini because although there’s no model with onboard storage higher than 256GB I needed the portability this one allows. A powerful punch comes in the form of a small, but mighty iPad i’d say. Lightweight and easy to hold, this iPad is a WINNER.

Thinner, faster, sharper than the past models. Very pleased. Not happy that we do not have the 128GB for 64GB is too small. I bought this as a reading tablet and with my ebooks 50% of storage already gone. BOOO apple. 64gb should be cheaper

I am locked out of my mini and it says go to iTunes to unlock I guess. I went in the hospital soon as I got it so I forgot the pssswords so I can’t use it. I have an appt next week at a Best Buy
