Walmart+ Membership perk with select mobile and home internet plans FAQs

A Walmart+ Membership can help you save more time and money when you shop at Walmart. The membership includes:

• Free delivery of fresh groceries and more from your Walmart store ($35 order minimum. Restrictions apply.)
• Paramount+ (Paramount+ Essential plan only. Separate registration required.)
• Fuel (Fuel discount varies by location and station. Subject to change.)
• Free shipping (Excludes most Marketplace items, freight & certain location surcharges.)

The Walmart+ Membership perk can no longer be added to accounts.

If you have this perk with your mobile phone or home internet plan, you can keep the perk.

Keep in mind:

• This perk can no longer be added to accounts.
• Only Account Owners and Account Managers can add and remove perks. Anyone on the account can activate perks. Learn about managing account roles.

Some benefits in the Walmart+ membership are only available through the Walmart app.

Billing and access starts when the eligible mobile or home internet plan is active and you order the perk.

The $10/month per line charge appears on your:

• Mobile bill if the perk is added to your mobile phone line, 5G Home, 5G Home Plus, 5G Home Ultimate*, LTE Home or LTE Home Plus (wireless home internet) plan.
• Fios Home Internet bill if the perk is added to your Fios Home Internet account.

The perk renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel your perk subscription anytime in My Verizon.

*We've stopped adding the Walmart+ Membership $10/perk to accounts. But if you currently have Verizon Home Internet and are upgrading to 5G Home Ultimate, you get to keep your perk.

If you cancel your Walmart+ Membership perk, you can use the subscription until the end of the perk subscription period. The $10 charge for that month isn't refunded or prorated.

To cancel:

• Mobile phone, 5G Home, LTE Home accounts - Visit My Verizon then select Services & perks to manage the perk.

• Fios Home Internet account - Visit My Verizon. On your homepage, scroll down to view your perks. Select the perk to manage.

Good to know: If you cancel this perk, it cannot be re-added to your account.

Here’s what happens if you change your eligible plan. If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying plan, then your perk will cancel.

You can change or cancel anytime through My Verizon.

If you cancel the Verizon mobile or home internet service your perk is associated with, your perk is canceled. The $10 perk charge isn't refunded. You can use each perk until the end of the subscription period. Re-enroll anytime.

If the line that has the perk is suspended at the end of the bill cycle, the perk(s) doesn't renew and you aren't billed for it.

If the line is suspended during the bill cycle the $10 monthly charge isn't refunded. You can use the perk until the end of that subscription period.
