Fios TV Interactive Media Guide (IMG)

Fios TV offers many features using the Fios remote control to navigate with ease. Below are a few of the more popular features.

• Main Menu options: 
  • The Main Menu is the place to find Fios special features and support
  • See everything from On Demand titles, Customer Support, Search and other functions
• On Demand shortcuts: 
  • The Movie Reel icon in the guide means that channel is available On Demand, scroll left, press OK for direct access to On Demand
    content
  • If you see the icon in the TV show’s info section, that show can be started from the beginning with Fios On Demand
• My Dashboard: “D”
  • My Dashboard gives you access to all of your account info and provides interactive troubleshooting. Using your Fios remote, press the
     green “D” button
  • You can also access My Dashboard using the following steps:
    • Menu > Customer Support > My Dashboard, OK
  • The following are examples of features you can access via My Dashboard:
    • My WI-FI, Account, Services and Connected Devices
    • Check Status, Security Settings, Service Impacts and Helpful Tools
    • TV, Internet, Phone Detail and Support
