Mobile + Home Discount FAQs

Mobile + Home Discount rewards you when you have a Verizon standard monthly mobile phone and a home internet plan.

The Mobile + Home Discount gives 3 benefits:

• Monthly savings - Save $15/month every month off your home internet plan.
• Get a perk, on us - Get up to $10/month on an eligible perk (e.g., Apple One, Netflix & Max, etc.) with select internet plans.*
• Mobile + Home priority care - Get priority care, with benefits like faster access to our most experienced Customer Service Representatives.

*Premium Home Internet (5G Home Ultimate, LTE Home Plus, Fios 1 Gig or Fios 2 Gig) plan required. Perk can’t be subject to a promotional offer.

You're eligible for Mobile + Home Discount benefits when your account has both:

• A Verizon standard monthly mobile phone plan
• Any Verizon Home Internet plan

To sign up for the Mobile + Home Discount, you must be:

• The Account Owner or Account Manager on the mobile account.
• An authorized user for the home internet account.

Whether you need to sign up or are automatically enrolled depends on:

• Whether you have a Fios Home Internet or a wireless Home Internet plan.
• Whether you already had a Mobile + Home discount before 2/27/25.

After you activate both accounts, you can sign up for the Mobile + Home Discount.

If you already had a Mobile + Home discount before 2/27/25, you can keep that discount as long as your account stays eligible.* Or you can decide to change to the new discount.

The current Mobile + Home Discount, includes $15/month home internet discount, perk credit** (up to $10/mo) and priority care.

When you have a premium Home Internet plan and a Verizon mobile plan, the Mobile + Home Discount lets you save up to $10/month on an eligible perk (e.g., Apple One, Netflix & Max, TravelPass, etc.).

Premium plans are 5G Home Ultimate, LTE Home Plus, Fios 1 Gig or Fios 2 Gig plan.

Mobile + Home Discount customers get priority support and faster access to our experienced customer service representatives.

Depending on your plans, you may be eligible to have other discounts and promotions on your account including:

• First Responders, Military, Nurses, Teachers or Student discount.
• Some limited-time Verizon mobile and Verizon Fios joint device offers.
• Auto Pay monthly discounts may be available if you sign up for Auto Pay and paper-free billing.
• Deals at Work
• Friends and Family
• Verizon Visa® Card benefits and rewards
• Other promotional perks (only 1 credit applied per perk)

Here's how you can get the Mobile + Home Discount based on the plans you get.

When you get:

• Wireless Home Internet (i.e., 5G Home, LTE Home) and any standard monthly mobile phone plan you're automatically signed up for Mobile + Home Discount. No action is needed.
• Fios Home Internet and any standard monthly mobile phone plan:
  • You can sign up for the discount during checkout when you get your Fios Home Internet plan.
  • If you don't sign up for the discount at checkout, you can sign up manually later through your Fios account. Visit the Savings & Promos center in My Verizon*. Follow the prompts to sync your mobile and home accounts and get the discount.

Keep in mind:

• If you're switching to Verizon from another carrier, wait for the transfer process to complete before signing up for the Mobile + Home Discount.
• It can take 1-2 billing periods for your Mobile + Home Discount credits to appear on your bill.

If you have a wireless home internet (5G Home, LTE home) you're automatically signed up for Mobile + Home Discount. No action is needed.

If you have Fios Home Internet, you can sign up manually through your Fios account. Visit the Savings & Promos center in My Verizon. Follow the prompts to sync your mobile and home accounts and get the Mobile + Home Discount.

Or call our customer service to switch to the current Mobile + Home Discount*.

Keep in mind: If you had a Mobile + Home Discount before 2/27/25 and then switch, you lose the original Mobile + Home discount(s). You can't switch back.

When you have qualifying mobile phone and home internet plans you can sign up any time to get the discount and other benefits.

No. When you sign up for the Mobile + Home Discount, if you have Fios Home Internet, your mobile and Fios accounts stay separate. Your accounts are linked only for the use of your Mobile + Home Discount:

• Linking doesn't affect your accounts (e.g., late payment on one account doesn't affect services or status of the other account).
• Your mobile and home internet bills and bill cycles stay separate.

Note: You can link only one mobile and one Fios Home Internet account.

When you have a premium Home Internet plan* and a Verizon mobile plan, the Mobile + Home Discount lets you get $10/month on an eligible paid perk (e.g., Disney Bundle, Netflix & Max, TravelPass, etc.).**

When you're signed up for the current Mobile + Home discount, we automatically apply the $10/month perk credit to one of the paid perks on your account.

Good to know:

• If you got a perk on us for 6 or 12 months through a promotion, at the end of the promotion, if you have the Mobile + Home discount, the perk credit will automatically apply after the promotion ends.
• The credit can be applied to a perk that costs more than $10 (e.g., Apple One Family Perk), but the credit is still only $10.
• Only one credit will be applied per month. If a Mobile + Home Discount credit is applied to a perk that costs less than $10, the remainder does not carry over.
• The Home Device Support & Protection perk isn't eligible for the $10/month Perk Credit.
• The credit can only be applied to paid perks and not promotional perks.

To review and manage your Mobile + Home Discount status, visit your Services & perks center in My Verizon. Navigate to the myAccess tab, then to the Keep Track of it All section.

No. Canceling either service disqualifies your account from the Mobile + Home Discount and benefits.

You'll no longer get:

• The $15/month discount on your home internet bill
• The $10/month perk credit (if you had the credit)
• Mobile + Home priority care

You can cancel your Mobile + Home Discount in My Verizon:

1. Visit the Savings & Promos center.
2. Select Manage.
3. Under Manage enrollment, select Cancel enrollment and follow the prompts.

If you don't have access to your My Verizon mobile account, contact us to cancel your Mobile + Home Discount.

You'll no longer get:

• The $15/month discount on your home internet bill
• The $10/month perk credit (if you had the credit)
• Mobile + Home priority care

All mobile phone and home internet plans are eligible, so even if you change plans you’ll keep the Mobile + Home Discount monthly discount and benefits.

We'll give you details about your Mobile + Home Discount eligibility when you make a plan change.

If your Verizon mobile and home internet accounts are both suspended without billing, your Mobile + Home Discount is suspended.

Mobile + Home Discounts don't carry over if ownership of one or both of the accounts changes.

If you're still eligible for the Mobile + Home Discount, you must:

• Cancel your Mobile + Home Discount to unlink the old account.
• Sign up for the Mobile + Home Discount through My Verizon.
