LTE Home Setup

LTE Home Internet is no longer available to add to accounts.

Follow these instructions to set up your home router.

  1. Remove the router from the box and place it in the desired location near a window.
  2. Connect to a power outlet.
  3. Service activation may take up to 1 minute. Wait until you see a solid green light on the front of the router. If a yellow or red light is displaying, move the router to a better location.
  4. Please locate Wi-Fi network names and Wi-Fi key on the bottom of the router to start connecting devices.

Advanced setup: Once connected to your router, you can access the Admin menu via the link and password found on the bottom of the router.
