Here's how to mark photos, videos or songs as Favorites in the Verizon Cloud desktop app.
- Open the Verizon Cloud desktop app using one of the following methods:
- Click theCloud icon
in the system tray (lower-right, Windows) or menu bar (upper-right, Mac).
- Search forVerizon Cloudin your apps list.
- From the Home screen or any category in the Library (e.g., Photos & videos, Music), click theFavorites icon
(upper-right) to view favorites.
To mark an item as a favorite, click theFavorite iconfrom its thumbnail in the content library. Items are designated as favorites when the heart is a solid color, or not favorites when the icon is an outline.
