Here's how to remove an email account from your Galaxy Watch5 / Galaxy Watch5 Pro.
Removing then re-adding your email account often fixes login and not receiving email issues.
- Email accounts are managed through the Microsoft Outlook® app on the paired phone, not from the watch.
- From your Android™ smartphone, ensure the following apps are installed and updated:
- Galaxy Wearable app
- Microsoft Outlook® for Android™
- To perform the steps below, you'll need to:
- ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on both the watch and smartphone.
- keep the watch near your smartphone throughout the entire process.
An email account can't be removed from the watch without removing it from the Microsoft Outlook app on the paired phone. When removed from the phone, it automatically removes it from the watch. Refer to How do I remove my email account for assistance.
