Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your Galaxy S22 / Galaxy S22+ / Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Add / Edit a Contact
- Open theContacts app
.
- Do one of the following:
- To add a contact, tap theAdd icon
.
- To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tapEdit
.
- If presented, select an account (e.g., Phone, Google, etc.).Depending on the account, the options presented may vary.
- Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tapSave.To add a pause (a 2-second delay between numbers) or wait, tap*+#then tap 'Pause(,)' or 'Wait(;)'.TapView morefor additional options.
Delete a Contact
- Open theContacts app
.
- Select the desired contact.
- Tap theMenu icon
then tap
Delete. - To confirm, tapMove.The desired contact is moved to trash and deleted permanently in 30 days or trash can be emptied manually:
- Tap theMenu icon
then tap
Trash. - Touch and hold the desired contact to delete.
- To select all, tapAll.
- TapDelete
