Here's how to factory / hard reset your Galaxy S21 FE 5G if the screen freezes or call, app, audio or sync issues occur.

Open the

An alternate reset method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.

Navigate:

General management

Reset

Factory data reset

Review the info then tap

Reset

If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.

Tap

Delete all

Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
