Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Network & internet

Mobile Hotspot & Tethering

Tap

Mobile Hotspot

then tap the switch to turn on or off.

When turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.

If presented with 'Mobile Hotspot' screen, review the info then tap
