Here's how to reset apps if your Galaxy Note10 / Note10+ / Note10+ 5G crashes, resets or freezes.
If your device crashes, resets itself or freezes, it may be caused by apps and this info may help.
Do any of the following:
Reset Individual App
Resetting an app doesn't remove saved items on the device (e.g., texts, pictures, voicemails, etc.); however, saved passwords for Wi-Fi, settings, backgrounds, etc. within the app itself may be reset.
Tap the appropriate app.
Tap the
Sort and filter icon

then tap
Show system apps

Tap
Force stop
then tap
OK
.
Tap
Clear data
.
This option may not be available for some apps.
Resetting an app or clearing data storage may delete saved info within the app (e.g., calendar events may be lost).
Reset All App Preferences
This option resets app preferences for disabled apps, notification restrictions for apps, default apps, background data restrictions for apps and permission restrictions.
