Here's how to adjust your Galaxy A10e call settings if your dial pad entries aren't recognized by an automated system.

If you're calling into an automated dial-in system (e.g., Voicemail) and your dial pad entries aren't being recognized, view this info.

DTMF tones are used by automated dial-in systems such as Voicemail or where prompts are used to navigate.

From a Home screen, tap the

Phone icon

(lower-left).

If unavailable, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap
