Here's how to allow or deny apps access to certain functions of your iPhone (e.g., Calendar, Camera, Contacts, etc.).

Some apps require access to other functions of your Apple® iPhone® (e.g., Calendars, Camera, Contacts, etc.) to work properly. Check out the steps below for more info.

Open the

Settings app

Navigate:

Privacy & Security

Tracking

Tap the

Allow Apps to Request to Track switch

on or off.

If applicable, tap Back icon

Back

to return to the previous screen.

Tap any of the following options (e.g., Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, etc.).

Tap the switch next to the desired app(s) to turn on or off.

Apps that have requested access to your data appear.
