Only perform a factory data reset on your Sonim XP8® only if necessary as it removes your Google™ account and all data including system data, app data and media.
- Music, pictures and videos can be backed up to a computer.
- Personal data (e.g., Wi-Fi passwords, browser bookmarks, etc.) can be backed up to Google's servers.
