GizmoHub App - Reassign Primary Guardian Profile

Here's how to reassign the primary guardian profile via the GizmoHub app.

The following process resets the Gizmo device and remove all functionality (e.g., calling, messaging, location, etc.) until paired again.

Before completing the steps below, ensure:

The GizmoHub app GizmoHub app is updated (Google Play™ Store or Apple® App Store®).

You have access to the current Primary Guardian's smartphone, the new Primary Guardian's smartphone, and the Gizmo device.

From the current Primary Guardian's smartphone, open the

GizmoHub app

If presented with the PIN screen, enter your PIN.

From the new Primary Guardian's smartphone, open the

GizmoHub app
