Here's how to reset apps if your G7 ThinQ crashes, resets or freezes.
Personal data such as browser bookmarks and other customized app settings on your LG G7 ThinQ™ can be backed up to Google's servers .
- Do any of the following:
- Reset Individual AppResetting an app doesn't remove saved items on the device (e.g., texts, pictures, voicemails, etc.); however, saved passwords for Wi-Fi, settings, backgrounds, etc. within the app itself may be reset.
- Locate then select the appropriate app.If system apps aren't visible, tap theMenu icon
then tap
Show system. - TapForce stop.
- TapOK.
- TapStorage.
- TapClear data.This option may not be available for some apps.
- TapOK.
- Reset All App PreferencesThis option resets app preferences for disabled apps, notification restrictions for apps, default apps, background data restrictions for apps, and permission restrictions.
- Tap theMenu icon
- TapReset app preferences.
- TapReset Apps.
