Here's how to adjust screen brightness and other display settings (e.g., Screen saver, Sleep, Font size, etc.) for your moto g6.
- Open theSettings app.
- TapDisplay.
- Do any of the following:
- Adjust Brightness Settings
- TapBrightness levelthen drag theBrightness iconto the preferred level.
- TapAdaptive brightnessto turn on or off.This setting optimizes the brightness level for available light.
- Adjust Display / Font Settings
- TapColor modethen select an option (e.g., Standard, Vibrant).
- Tap theBack icon
to return to the display settings screen.
- TapAdvanced.
- TapSleepthen select an option (e.g., 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, etc.).
- To control what happens when the phone is docked or charging:
- TapScreen saver.
- Tap 'When to start' or tap 'Start now'.
- Tap theleft arrow iconto return to Screen saver settings screen.
- Tap Current screen saver to select a setting (e.g., Clock, Colors, etc.).
- TapFont sizethen touch and hold theslider dotto the preferred option.
- Tap theBack icon
to return to the display settings screen.
- TapRoaming bannerto turn on or off.
- TapDisplay size.
- Touch and hold theslider dotand drag to the preferred option (e.g., Small, Default, Large).
