Here's how to find the mapped location of your Hum enabled vehicle via the web portal.

To find the mapped location of your Hum enabled vehicle, view this info.

Using the web portal, the primary account holder can locate his or her Hum equipped vehicle on a map.

Secondary drivers aren't able to use the locate vehicle feature.

Navigate to the customer web portal (www.hum.com).

Click

(located in the upper-right).

Enter your username (email) and password then click

Locate the Vehicle section on the Hum Dashboard (to the left of the map).

This section displays all vehicles registered to the account.

You may need to zoom out in order to view the location of all cars on the map.

Click the vehicle you wish to locate.

To see the location of the vehicle on the map, click the

Display Label box

(located at the bottom).

When a vehicle is selected, the map will move to the location of the selected vehicle and display a label showing the vehicle year, make, and model.

To adjust the map:

Use the +
and -
buttons (located on the bottom-right of the map).

Switch the current view by clicking Map or Satellite.
