Here's how to download the Hum app on your smartphone / tablet so you can manage your Hum device.

From the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store search, enter

Verizon Hum

Select the "Hum Family Locator, Roadside Help, Driver Safety" (Verizon Connect) then do one of the following:

If prompted, tap Accept (from the app permissions page).

Google Play - tap

Install

Open

App Store - tap 'Get' or the iCloud icon >

Open

Follow the onscreen instructions to activate Hum system.
