Windows 10 - Turn Tablet Mode On / Off

Here's how to turn 'Tablet mode' for your Windows 10 device on or off.

Tablet mode has a different appearance than Desktop mode. Tablet mode uses tiles; whereas, Desktop mode is arranged like a standard Windows® PC or laptop. Each function a little differently, but both have all of the same abilities.

From the Windows desktop, select the

Action Center icon

located in the taskbar (lower-right).

Utilize the touchscreen (if available) or mouse to select the on-screen options.

Select

Tablet mode

to turn on or off.

If necessary, select

Expand

to view all options.
