Here's how to allow wireless syncing between your iPhone and a computer via Wi-Fi.

Verify the following:

The latest iTunes® version is installed on the computer.

After following the steps below, the device syncs automatically with your computer when your Apple® iPhone® is plugged into power and connected to Wi-Fi.

Ensure the iPhone is powered on.

Connect the iPhone to the computer using the supplied USB cable.

When tethered, iTunes opens automatically on the computer.

In iTunes, select the iPhone under Devices in the left column.

Click Summary on the left side of the iTunes window.

Select

Sync with this [device] over Wi-Fi

Click

Apply
