View this info if you hear an "all circuits are busy" message when making calls.

"All circuits are busy. Please try your call again later."

If you receive this when calling one specific number, the issue is with the service provider of the number you are dialing.

If it happens for all numbers dialed, the issue is with the Verizon Wireless network.

If you have dialed only one particular number and experienced the issue, try dialing another.

If you are successful when dialing another number, the problem is not with your service but rather with the receiving party's service. Try the call again later.

If you receive the announcement when calling other numbers, contact technical support by dialing *611.
