Verizon Care Smart with Get Help - Professional Monitoring is designed to help your loved ones live safely and independently:

• Lets trusted contacts communicate with the watch user and view the most recent reported location.¹
• Includes fall detection notification.²
• With the added benefit of professional monitoring, your loved one has 24/7 call center monitoring, designed to detect falls, communicate with the watch user and call 911 if needed.³
  • Care Smart Get Help - Professional Monitoring is available on Apple Watch (Series 4 and later), Samsung Watches (Galaxy Watch4 and later) and the Google Pixel Watch.

Unlimited smartwatch data plan features:

• Unlimited 5G / 4G LTE data (+15 GB of premium data) - With this unlimited plan, you get premium data to ensure even faster surfing and streaming, any time of day. After exceeding allowance, your data speeds will be reduced to 600 Kbps per month.
• Unlimited Talk & Text - talk and text as much as you want on capable devices.

• Unlimited Plus - you're eligible to save on a plan for watches (only $7.50/month plus taxes and fees, tablets (starting at $10/month plus taxes and fees) and more.
• Unlimited Ultimate - you're eligible to save on 2 plans for watches (only $7.50/month plus taxes and fees, tablets (starting at $10/month plus taxes and fees) and more.

¹Agents at WiMacTel Inc. dba viiz Communications (ViiZ Communications) support all assistance calls made in connection with the Get Help - Professional Monitoring service. A ViiZ Communications agent is also responsible for calling the user's watch after their watch detects a fall. A ViiZ Communications agent provides voice-call response to the watch user in the event of a fall alert or when the user taps the Get Help button on their watch face or, specifically for Apple Watch, makes an assistance call with Siri. ViiZ Communications is an independent company and not a Verizon affiliate or agent.
²If your Apple watch detects the wearer is unresponsive for about a minute after a hard fall, the watch automatically calls emergency services.
³If your Samsung watch detects the wearer is unresponsive for more than 30 seconds after a hard fall, an SOS message will be sent to the Emergency Point Of Contact, once you set it in the Galaxy wearable app.

If you had this perk with your Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and/or Unlimited Welcome* plan, you can keep the perk.

*If you have Welcome Unlimited you can also add perks to that plan. However, Welcome Unlimited is no longer available to add to your account.

After you enroll in the Smartwatch Data & Safety perk, download the Care Smart app onto your phone and create an account.

The Care Smart app prompts you to designate the watch wearer and to pair the watch. Services populate and can be turned on (i.e., location tracking, fall detection, designate trust circle, etc.).

Here's how it works when you add the Smartwatch Data & Safety perk to your mobile phone line.

Billing and access starts when the eligible plan line is active, and when you enroll in the perk. You will see the smartwatch data plan and Care Smart with Get Help - Professional Monitoring charge on your bill, with a 100% discount credit.

The perk renews automatically until you cancel it.

If you cancel the Smartwatch Data & Safety perk:

• Get Help - Professional Monitoring is canceled.
• Your Unlimited smartwatch plan continues for the full smartwatch plan cost* (plus taxes and fees) until separately canceled.
  • Exception: If you have Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate you automatically receive the 50% off connected device discount. Unless the discount is already applied to another connected device.
• When you cancel the smartwatch data plan, the $10 charge for that month is prorated.

*If you cancel the Smartwatch Data & Safety Perk, you will lose your discount. Without the discount, you will be charged $10/mo (plus taxes and fees) for your smartwatch data plan if you purchased it before 2/22/24 and $15/mo (plus taxes and fees) if you purchased it on or after 2/22/24.

Here's what happens if you change your eligible unlimited plan.* If you:

• Change the line with the perk from a qualifying plan (i.e., Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Welcome or Unlimited Plus ) to another qualifying plan, your perk won't change.
• If you cancel your qualifying Verizon plan, or change to a non-qualifying plan, your Get Help - Professional Monitoring will be canceled. Your smartwatch data plan will continue for the full plan cost** (plus taxes and fees) until you cancel it.

You can change or cancel anytime in My Verizon.

*If you have Welcome Unlimited you can also add perks to that plan. However, Welcome Unlimited is no longer available to add to your account.
**If you cancel the Smartwatch Data & Safety Perk, you will lose your discount. Without the discount, you will be charged $10/mo (plus taxes and fees) for your smartwatch data plan if you purchased it before 2/22/24 and $15/mo (plus taxes and fees) if you purchased it on or after 2/22/24.

You can cancel your Smartwatch Data & Safety perk at any time in My Verizon. When you cancel, the Get Help - Professional Monitoring is canceled. Your smartwatch data plan continues for the full $10/month (plus taxes and fees) until separately canceled.

If you suspend your service:

• During the billing period: You keep the perk. You're refunded for the suspended period.
• At the end of the billing period: Your perk won't renew. You won't be billed the $10/month (plus taxes and fees) charge.
