The device, although I was not able to test 5g there because in my country there is not much reception, has proven to be quite good, it is fast, effective and does not show problems even in the Gaming area.
Nice phone, but only lasted a year and a half.

I really liked everything about this phone with the large storage and the camera took very interesting night shots. But after only having it for about 1.5 years, it started to restart all the time on its own (phone was not dropped or damaged), and texts wouldn't come thru when this happened. When I restarted it from there to retrieve texts, sometimes the phone would not turn back on for minutes at a time, today it was about 15 minutes before I could get it back on and believe it will eventually completely die. Warranty is only a year and other than a couple tricks from the TCL tech team, they were not able to help.

Storage runs out. Every 6 months I have to delete everything and restart phone. All storage is used for the phones system. No old files to delete. Would never buy another TCL phone, can't wait to get rid of this one.

This phone has one beautiful performance that any phone had...6GB ram i bought the phone in 2020 fast enough for still using in 2022..descent screen display ....now the issue is the down volume and power buttons are stuck out of no where....now the phone is turning off and on....i thought this phone will last at least 3 more years...i always keep the phone on hard case(expensive one)

Since I've had the phone I have dropped calls couldn't make calls had no service or reception terrible I will never buy another TLC product the features aren't bad for some reason even when I talk on messenger or Duo it's times turned up no one can hear me very good

I switched to this TCL from another well known brand after reading the reviews. I wanted 5G for when it becomes more widely available. Unfortunately, It turns off in the night at times, leaving me without an alarm, it's processor is sluggish at times, and regardless of the settings you get no notifications for many of your apps. Doorbell notification...very sporadic, laundry alert from LG app...never, Camera notification....never, email....sporadic. If you type fast in Messenger or texting, it cannot keep up or closes out of the program all together.

I have spent too much on this phone for it do not call out or receive phone calls to not send out text or be able to receive text whenever I switch from Wi-Fi to regular signal my phone just stops working have to restart it in order just to make a call or to send and get a text this phone is garbage it has nice graphics the sound is okay but it is useless other than that spent too much for it just the only be able to play games on it.

This phone is awesome. Last phone I had ate through my battery in no time and, and I was charging it constantly, but this one is awesome! I can go a couple days without the worry of my phone dying. I love the size and it runs great. I've had it 3 months now and am ready to shut down my other phone, which is still good and gets another update to Android 12 at the end of the year, but I prefer this one, even though it's only running Android 10. I use Android Auto with this one and have had no issues with it, while my other phone stopped connecting with my new 2020 Kia Soul. This one was a good $700 less than I paid for my other phone, but runs great. Don't hesitate cause this is a well made phone and looks really cool.

What is the Refresh Rate of the TCL 10 5G UW Prepaid phone? I have read the Specs 4x and it is NOT listed. And this phone should NOT be the same price it was 2 years ago! Thank You...

Found the Refresh Rate on 3 different websites. All 3 state a Refresh Rate of 60hz, which is not surprising because this phone was introduced November 2020. The phone is 3yrs 5mos old and yet Verizon still wants $400? MAYBE if it had 256gb of space.
