It's good but...

Great phone bur the issue is that it doesn't bring a charging base. So I can't even use that fast charging feature. Takes about 2 hours to charge my phone from 40% to 100% other than that, it's great phone.

Two weeks and this screen developed microcracks, every other z flip device since flip 3 has had a better screen in my opinion. sure it looks cool but who can afford the deductible every 3 weeks? literally 2.5 weeks after getting the device I notice this scratch, never had any scratches on my last flips(yes all 7 models). support is nonexistent even with the care plus the only option is to just pay the deductible? do better samsung or you will lose more loyal ones like myself

I've been working with the galaxy AI to understand how much it will make my life easier, it's something that I have to get use to! I've gone from S20 to my Z Flip 7, what a world of difference this has been. I'm still trying out new stuff on this phone and finding out new things that it can do. The one thing that I truly love about this phone is at how small it is for carrying it around with me! I can just fold it and put it in my pocket without having to find or fight with it to put it away! Still a lot of things to learn, but it's not hard to understand what you need to do, I feel instruction are very straightforward. I'm glad, I had to wait for this phone after my S20 was stolen, well worth the wait!

I went from S23+ to this phone, and the camera was better on that phone. The AI features are wonderful. Very easy to use, and the text or description prompts are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 since its release date, and overall, I really like it. It feels like a genuine improvement over the Z Flip 6, and I'm happy with the upgrades. The performance is noticeably better. The phone feels faster and more responsive in every task, from opening apps to multitasking. The battery life has also seen a significant boost, which is a major plus for daily use. I find myself reaching for the charger less often, and the phone easily lasts me through the day. The front screen, however, still has the same durability issue as previous models. It scratches easily, and I've noticed it's prone to damage if even small bits of debris get caught when the phone is closed. This is a bit disappointing as I was hoping for a more robust screen on the latest model. Despite the screen issue, the Z Flip 7 is a solid step forward. The improvements in performance and battery life make it a worthwhile upgrade, and I'd recommend it to anyone who loved the form factor of the Z Flip series but wanted better day-to-day usability.
