I have had this model for a week and a half. So far I like most of the features, one feature that was installed on the phone was Google Messages for text. This app does not have the option of silencing individual text strands which is frustrating when I am included on group messages for work and school. Other than that I like the phone, especially the large screen that I can read without having to put on my readers.

I needed a new phone but in the process of purchasing i had to speak to an agent twice due to manipulative tactics in the purchasing portal. A selection to change my plan to a more expensive was selected even after I changed it back to keep my existing plan. Multiple times I had to change the aforementioned selection to the point it was clear Verizon was sneakily trying to get the purchaser to make a mistake. I dont appreciate being trying to be manipulated.
