The Nokia 2Tella phone I purchased through the VERIZON sales dept in February 2024 for $168. They grossly ripped me off by selling me this phone that is priced under $50 everywhere else. I trusted verizon as I have been a loyal customer for 20years

Very glitchy phone. Always sticking and freezing. It looses signal easily. Worst phone I have ever had. Deserves 0 stars. Absolutely no storage space

I really wanted to like this phone because I have always been a Nokia fan. Unfortunately, this phone operates so poorly, I am surprised that Nokia released it. The biggest issue is the speed -- it is very slooooow -- even if you do not load any additional apps than what it comes with. The native apps take a while to load and often crash. If you choose to use Google assist, plan on waiting up to 30 seconds for it to engage. Most annoying is that the screen will often come on when you are talking to someone and so your cheek just starts pressing apps and making phone calls, puts you on speaker phone and then jams. Also, navigating the phones apps and features is far from intuitive, and often times doesn't make sense. The only positive thing I can say about this phone is that the sound and reception is of high quality. But, otherwise this phone is a piece of junk and I wouldn't pay $20 for it. Nokia, you can do better -- don't go down leaving something so poorly engineered as your legacy!

Need to reorder new Nokia Tells 2v already prepaid plan. I have a broken device and charger .How much for the cell phone only. Because when I a new one can keep my sixty five plan
