According to Verizon Representative this phone was an older phone which means it's basically almost obsolete. If that's true Verizon shouldn't have had it on the website. This phone doesn't really have enough storage.

This phone is okay in most regards, neither great nor terrible. But the charging port is unacceptably bad. It started becoming difficult but manageable to charge after a a few months, a frustrating challenge after about a year, now it's next to impossible and I spend hours just trying to charge it. I thought Nokia was a reputable brand but I have never had a phone this bad. I strongly recommend searching info about the charging port issues that Nokia phones have been having, because it turns out a lot of people are having this problem with Nokia phones, and have been for years. I had to make an emergency phone call the other day. The phone powered down while it was plugged in. If you can't rely on a phone in an emergency, it's no good, and this phone is no good. It would be okay otherwise, but it's too bad that Nokia has completely refused to fix this simple problem. But a phone that can't be charged is just an overdesigned paperweight.

This product is a very good one! It survived the microwave and the dryer. But did not survive the dishwasher. Very good product though. Recommended for paper weights and coasters.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Perhaps it's because this is my first smart phone so I really have nothing to compare it to, but I've been very happy with this one.. For my purposes, it's been pretty good! Decent battery life, seems pretty durable so far, real good camera..If I had to address any issues they would be getting rid of the constant annoying android & google things that pop up. Also it seems to really have small memory. The letters on the keyboard are pretty small for my fat stubby hands but I understand that I can fix that. I have learned to ignore the constant ding Google pop ups and I manage my memory. I keep a minimum of apps so that helps as well. I've had the phone over a year and it has been %100 reliable so far..!

My motorola phone that I love the battery over heated and the phone had to be replaced. Verizon offered the Nokia phone as a free replacement plus $50 activation fee. They sent me the phone and off I went. Worst phone ever. It has a mind of its own. It will just turn on the flashlight and run the battery down, then turn on the do not disturb and block your call. My mom is older and many times I have to go back to her house for something because calls can't go through. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 year's, but at this point I have had enough. Maybe it's time to move to a new company.

I can't believe this pho e is even sold. My phone broke before the one I wanted hasnt come out yet so I asked for the cheapest one to replace it while I waited. Well I'm pretty sure he just got a garbage phone that they knew they couldn't sell. The phone isn't worth the fee to activate it. Extremely slow response time, poor battery, loads of preloaded software that is impossible to delete that also takes up more than 60 percent of the phones capacity. I'll be returning this as soon as possible, even a backup should work somewhat capably.
