Terrible new phone, what a mistake

It's lightweight, but the curved screen is terrible it is so hard to type and hit letters and buttons on the edges of this phone, even typing this now is horrible, I made a poor choice getting an upgrade. I regret not trying a Samsung or the Razr and sticking but I instead with the latest moto model, I didn't know about the curved screen that I am paying more for a month now get completely unsatisfied. Enough to actually write this message.

In Store Pickup Fail

This is my second attempt with an on-line order for replacement phone with in-store pickup. The order showed in progress for a few days and then email that order was cancelled due to failure to pick up. This is day 4 of my second attempt, waiting for the "your order is cancelled" email so I can try again, this time with home delivery. I was billed on my first attempt and still no phone.

Definitely a better phone than the one I had. Prefer Motorola, whenever possible. Only issue, was the attendant cancelled my ad-free Disney+, and put me on a bundled streaming plan WITH ADs. Cancelled the streaming bundle completely, since it wouldn't let me go ad-free again.

Lack of accessories

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Verizon needs to carry accessories like the protective case and screen protectors. Headsets would also be useful. Had to get these things from a third party and then had to pay for their installation by Verizon. Phone itself is superior in many ways to the competing brand I purchased last year and had to abandon because of poor performance.
