It's alright. When a screen protector goes on the unlock feature for the screen does not work. Really annoying. Verizon is a joke as a company.

Worst Phone I've Had For Decades

I had an S21 and S23 but wanted to try a Pixel. Big mistake. The camera and screen are nice but the battery life is mediocre. Even worse, it locks up several times a week and forces me to do a hot reboot. I use it to stream Apple Music and Pandora and it often drops those and forces me to reconnet. I'm getting in touch with Verizon to see if I can exchange it for another Galaxy.

Should not have gone with Pixel Pro 10

Now it's too late. Google Pixel Pro 10 allowed me without safeguards or guardrails, to inadvertently delete all of the historical text messages and pictures from my mom. I was on the phone for 1 hour last night and 4 hours today to restore said text messages and pictures. According to tech, there is no way to prevent this from happening in the future. These are reasons why I don't like this phone.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I was very frustrated to find out Verizon no longer helps you set up your phone. They can sell these phones that can basically run your life if you know how to use them properly. We are older and don't have all the knowledge the younger generation has about technology. It has been very difficult to get the new phone up and running because the battery from the old Google phone got so hot that it ruined the motherboard! So everything on the old phone was lost. So this has been a very irritating transition to the new phone!!!

I've never hated a phone as bad. Definitely not user friendly. I had to call customer service to figure out how to turn it on. The Verizon employee didn't set anything up on it like they usually do. I'm still in my 30 days. I may return.

Is storage capacity upgradeable with storage chip or is it locked into phone circuits and decided only at time of purchase?
