I did not receive a pre paid iphone but an iphone 16. I have several concerns over a span of a few weeks at the location where I traded in my old phone. Mostly having an appt and confirming it several times (annoying to confirm more than once) then have to sit and wait for 33 minutes because staff is having a meeting. The young man in the front of the store went to the back several times and let them know multiple people were waiting-still waited 33 minutes then when he was able yo help me, it took a total of five minutes. Yay to the young man and boooo to other employees, including the manager.

iPhone 16 Disappointment

Battery is not as advertised. Does not last the day without needing a charge. Slow processor… apps freeze often even after hard resets. Very disappointing.

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.

The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.
Roadside Assistance, Emergency SOS, and Messages via satellite are included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 or later model. Don't order a phone to be sent to you! What a disaster! 12 days later still waiting for the phone and they have the phone in stock now, but won't give

I ordered this phone in the store 12 days ago because I didn't have it in stock. It was supposed to be sent to me via FedEx in three business days. It has been 11 business days. I still have not received the phone and every single time I call and put on hold for 45 minutes, 52 minutes, 63 minutes and still no phone. Super aggravating customer service.

Love it so far. Great ease of use in a very attractive package. Koron at the Glastonbury CT Verizon store was a huge help is copying over my apps and data and choosing just the right accessories.

Initialization troubles

In trying to get two of my iPhones activated, I've run into multiple problems. I am 85 yrs old and not very tech savvy, so I need help in getting both phones online and operational. I will be going to the Verizon store for assistance. Hopefully they can straighten out what I screwed up. (Fingers crossed!)

Such an easy Wi-Fi system. Plugged it in waited about two minutes and got full range Internet. Reset all my TVs and laptop in five minutes. Reaches everything throughout the house. No more circle spinning on my TV during a movie…
