It is a case for a heavy duty phone and the back ripped off of it in less then a week...cardboard and glue.

Ripped the belt clasp & swivel assembly off of it within the first two days of usage. Clasp was so tight it pulled the whole assembly out of the back of the case trying to remove it from my belt... Poor design; the phone has to stay in the case for use.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
The case is so great I'm ordering a backup for it in case it stops being made for some reason. It fits securely and is easy to put on and take off to keep clean. The soft inside keeps the phone safe and it doesn't scratch phone finish. When taking pictures, I have to make sure straps don't get into picture, but that's easy to hold them out of the way. The clip is strong and is easy to use. This is a great fitted case.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Bought this online, as an emergency replacement. The phone seems to work well, but the thickness of the phone is extra, extra thick. It is more than twice the thickness of my previous phone. There is NO way it can be put in my pocket. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the purchase. I tried to shop at our local Verizon store, twice, but was turned away each time, with the excuse the network was down, and they were unable to sell me anything. I tried to talk to customer service online, when I realized the size would not work for me, but was told that "things like this happen, so it is better to shop locally, sorry!". I have been a Verizon customer for several years, but I have not been impressed with this issue that cost me a lot of money.

I bought this for my boyfriend, it lasted a week. The plastic tore away from the leather and couldn’t be used anymore.
