Also, try using a different USB wall adapter or plugging the headphones into a different USB port, like on a computer. 2. Perform a Reset: While the headphones are on, simultaneously press and hold the power button and the NC/Ambient button for about 10 seconds. The indicator will flash, and the headphones will reset without losing any pairing information. This can sometimes resolve software glitches that prevent charging.
