Try the headphones on another device (phone, laptop, tablet) to rule out a source-specific issue. 2. Try a reset on the headphones: Connect the headset to an AC outlet and press the (volume +) button and the (volume –) button simultaneously. The headset will be reset. 3. Initialize the headset to restore factory settings. This will delete all pairing information and reset internal settings.
