It helped things make sense without having to seek costly medical advice. By tweaking certain aspects based on the readings from my ring, I how found out how to be more awake and energetic during my work day. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend.

I got gifted this by my family, but after using it for about a month i switched back to the watch 5, because i just don't see any use case for it. It's more expensive than the newest watch and it basically does nothing new, and it doesn't take calls, show notifications, have alarms, media controls, etc. The product isn't bad i just didn't have any us for it, that my watch couldn't do already, it may be good for athletes or people who can't use watches, but for the average Joe, there's absolutely no use for it.

I like the sleep tracking. Other than that, I don't feel I gained much. You still need to manually enter everything in Samsung health. also, the step tracking does not seem to be any better than phone in your pocket.
