I’m very disappointed I purchased these glasses more than a week ago and still have not received a tracking number from Verizon I’ve called numerous times to get this sorted out and every time I get a different answer. I just want my glasses.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Really enjoy the technology that they have been able to squeeze into a tiny package but my Wayfarer Meta AI glasses tortoise with watermelon trans broke after about 6 weeks of ownership, the right side bar just completely stopped working. Called RB many times and finally got some nice lady that took care of it and shipped out a new pair. I tried to get the gen 2 ones and pay the difference but they wouldn’t let me. Just my luck lol

I never received them. I was given bad information by the people at the store and I was given different information that people from the call center I paid for them, but I never got them. I’m very dissatisfied with Verizon.

Ordered 2 day shipping after 10 days nothing happened, I reached out multiple times asking about it, eventually they said they would give me a refund to order a new one, but the gave me credit that I cannot use to order another one. So I have no glasses and credit that I cannot use to order a new one

Awesome glasses! Technology is great and works everytime I put them on. They do fit my head pretty snug so I wish they had a size larger.
