They will promise to give you SEVERAL PROMOTIONS and NOT FOLLOW UP ON ANY OF THEM. They will pretend they never heard of the promotion and keep saying they will call you back with updates. Then, when the promo date has passed, they will claim they cannot approve the promotion. Also, they proceeded to overcharge my bill by $200 for a box they sent to ANOTHER STATE. I am convinced that they are instructed to do whatever it takes, rather than offering customers options to redeem. This is all STILL TAKING TIME TO CORRECT. DO NOT GET VERIZON, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED.

This VR Headset is extraordinary! You feels like you're in actually riding the Roller Coaster, You're in a movie theater, and in the games themselves. This is the best purchase I've made in 2025!!
Everything that is worthwhile to play cause I arm my leg to play. They wanna charge you $70 a month just to play the games totally not worth it.

If you’re not used to a VR headset, it will take a few weeks to a month. it’s definitely worth it, I really enjoy it especially the game Super Rumble.
