Apparently, this is not a good fit, to say the least, for anyone who uses an iMac (Mac OS), as no one with Tech services was able to get the unit to function properly, nor could they provide a suitable replacement unit. Lesson learned.

I could only use the orbic speed hotsotspot on on device at a time, I haven't figured out how to add another device, and verizon will not send me a technician to help me configure the new hotspot.

I tried the new hotspot and it wouldn’t charge, I had it on charge overnight two days and it didn’t work. I had an older jet pack so I will use it on our trip!

The device works well. I needed something quickly and through the Verizon chat I was able to pick this up at a local store and have something working within a couple of hours. However, I made it clear that I needed something for 2 weeks or less. I didn't seem to get anyone that would pick up on that. After using the device for 8 days (all I needed), I go back to the Verizon store and let them know I no longer need the device nor the service. They said I could return the device for a $50 re-stocking fee or pay for the device in cash at that moment. I literally went to the bank and picked up the right amount of cash to pay for the device. Seems so sketchy! They don't have change so I had to have the right amount, because they don't deal in cash (until they do....)

Never had a issue using my old Hot Spot. Never lost service. This orbid is horrible I loose service constantly & have to sign back in. The data search takes for ever. I have been with Verizon for 28 years & now I have to find another internet source. I live in the middle of the country and this is effecting my business

Works great, this a replacement for an old JetPak. Only drawback is they say not to leave it plugged in constantly which is a bummer when using in a remote location. Will try an electronic timer to cycle charging.

How can i backup/save my hotspot settings (like SSID and pw), so i can upload it to other hotspots. I can do it on the mifi jetpacks, but dont see that option anywhere with this orbic hotspot.
