Not happy at all with this product...Horrible service. constantly being stuck in 4G. computer kicks me offline random times through the day and night...I need 24 hour internet access to maintain a living...This Orbic just doesn't cut it for me...

It's a great product. But it dies too auickly and if you plug it in sometime around 65% it says it's overheating and won't charge anymore. So can't leave it on the charger

GREAT SPEED, GREAT SERVICE FROM VERIZON,IT HAS AN GREAT BATTERY LIFE,BUT the device itself is VERY TRASH. its keeps overheating when theres 2 or more ANYTHING connected to it..it will restart when it overheats or just completely cut all connection..it takes very long to charge to full battery..crazy thing is i took it back to verizon within 2 weeks they exchange and gave me an new one and told me that the 1st one i had was an referbished one and GUESS WHAT it did the same thing as the FIRST ONE
