I would've appreciated some instructions to be included. You said to scan it for the book didn't work. I went to the site said Paige not available. I end up having Verizon not a fun time when you have to sit there and wait and wait to talk to an agent and then they tell me that I can't really get it going until I take the SIM card out of my old one who knew Communication a key here, fellas

This only comes with limited data. They charge you significantly of you go over. I used it to get through an internet outage and it ran out of data in one day and I almost ran out of the additional data the next.

I ordered a new MiFi because the one I had for the last 6 ish years decided I to stop working, so this one seemed like a good replacement. Placed an order close to the weekend thinking it would be ready and we would get it on the weekend. A week went by with no notification that the order was ready for pick up and the site saying “getting order ready”. Next thing I know I get an email cancelling my order because I never came and got it. What a crock. Had I gone on the work trip I was supposed to go on that following week I would not have had sufficient work capability. Not cool.

The service is good. Just as any other provider, it depends on the area you are in. The one thing I don't like is I continue to get random Anti-Trump messages asking me to support a left wing agenda. I've received numerous and don't know how to block them.

I like the device, it’s small and easy to set up. The WiFi range is small, about 20 feet. If I leave it in the living room, then I don’t have WiFi in my bedroom. I had to place it in the hallway, which is half distance, so I can have the signal in the entire house. But, it’s portable, so I can take it with me in the back yard, in my car. I can play the online games, I connected a printer. I think this kind of device is not for everyone.

Verizon customer Service is Still horrible .Twenty years ago I switched To AT&T Because of how hard it was to get decent customer service. I needed a Hotspot for some equipment That recommends Verizon. Just getting the bill paid was a nightmare. I still have not been able to put a credit card on file and it paid monthly. I believe Verizon wants people to have a hard Time setting up payments so they can charge late fees. This is just a nice reminder of why AT&T is Better.

What is the difference in my phone hotspot and the MiFi

Hey there, Mark! This is a great question! While both pretty much do the same, the primary different is your mobile hotspot, is when it takes your mobile data and then broadcasts it like a Wi-Fi signal. This is specifically designed for light web surfing and not really extensive as using your phone while your hotspot is active will cause the speeds to slow down as it has to divide between both your phone and whatever device is connected to it. *Kris
