Upgraded from the se 2nd gen. I have a small wrist but it's still comfortable. I love the ocean band just wish there were other colors available besides black and navy.

First is first, if you enjoy a larger watch then this one’s for you. It’s a 49mm very big as watches go. A Rolex is 40-41mm for males as an example. I happen to love chunky large watches. I’m coming from the AW -1gen. Tiny by comparison. I’ve only had it a week but I’m an Apple Watch Zealot. I love the way it feels on my wrist. Looks Great, Feels Great, Works Great. Does everything I need and want with so much more to explore. Mine is the titanium bezel with matching band (Milanese). I just put a case and screen protector on it today. No miss no fuss. Good Luck on your Apple Watch journey.

I’ve really enjoyed the Apple Watch Ultra 2, it has more features than I’ll probably ever need, but is very easy to use, has an utterly human friendly UI, and works seamlessly with my iPhone. I’ve owned a lot of wearable technology over the years and this one beats them all. The battery life has been the surprising factor, lasting much longer than I expected. I had heard that was the worst part of Apple Watches, but this one can go like 3 days between charges with FULL features and use. I haven’t even tried low power mode because I haven’t needed to.

The watch is incredible, but the customer service was incredibly frustrating. I had to make eleven transfers, and they kept switching between different representatives. They also gave me misinformation and wasted a lot of my time. Along the way, I did meet some friendly people who seemed genuinely interested in helping, but they couldn’t do anything without the next person. I am due an additional al credit but am not confident I will receive it. I’m not sure what the solution is, but I’m definitely not upgrading or adding a new line anytime soon.
