Would often freeze up or reboot itself during long calls, if froze had to remove battery to reboot. Today with a decent charge it just died and won't restart. Was not happy overall with this choice.

Unlike all my previous flip phones, using this TCL is inefficient (have to hit too many buttons to get around) and non-intuitive (not immediately clear what buttons to hit). Battery seems to get used up more quickly, too. Would switch to another brand if it weren't for the $50 Verizon restocking fee.

Sorry to hear that, but the spam call is related to your phone number. The U.S. Federal Trade Commision do have a website for you to register your number for "Do Not Call" at https://www.donotcall.gov/. You can also block the number by selecting "Options" on the bottom right, selecting "Call information", and then selecting "Block" at the bottom right. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

Hello, if your phone is out of power, please allow 10 to 15 minutes for the battery to charge before seeing the battery indicator. Allow the battery to fully charge for about 3 hours. It is best to charge the phone before the battery is completely out. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

Again, no real user manual. Caller ID is on, however, I have to answer the phone to see who is calling. Defeats the purpose. Switches to vibrate on its own. If its in another room, I don't know that someone is calling. Haven't figured out yet to activate the exterior screen. There are other things that I'm sure are just settings, however, without a user manual I'm expected to figure things out myself. I just need a basic phone to make and take calls on. This is not it, way to complicated without instructions..

In the Settings, switching the answer mode to OFF for "Flip open to answer" will allow you to see who is calling before pressing the answer button. The volume button may have been accidentally pressed while the flip is open. This will change the volume setting to low or to vibrate. Please check your volume with the flip open. Works much better than the Orbic Journey especially paired in the car but is missing internet browser and e-mail app over wifi which do seem to be in there but no way to activate..
