this phone is junk, We had to upgrade from 3g. Not that we wanted to, but this phone will not hold a charge for even a day!!!!!! My husband never uses it so the battery should use should stay. Only got for emergency use.

I got this free due to the 4g upgrade. My 3g worked fine. Now i get no signal. Can't call out or receive calls. Can't send text or receive. So much for helping your customers who just wanted a simple phone for the car. Even when i go into the city i get nothing. I guess it is all about the money and getting a smartphone that i won't use that much.
